HOW TO REPORT AN ABSENCE

If your child is going to be absent from school, use any of the following ways to let us know

Before 9.30 am:

• Phone the Office (0118 9422003) and leave a message on the answering phone (option 1)
• Send a message by Parent Mail
• E Mail the Office office@stpauls.w-berks.sch.uk

If your child is absent for more than one day, please write a letter to the class teacher on the day your child returns to school.
